Tasting Notes
The 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley
has aromas of brambly fruit, black cherry and whispers
of anise and truffle. On the palate, these notes are
reiterated with the addition of chocolate, and an occasional
note of pepper, followed by dark blackberry. The mouth-feel
of this wine is especially smooth with supple tannins.
