Tasting Notes
This wine does justice to the incredible 1999. With
a bit more fruit intensity and tannin structure, this
gorgeous, well-balanced merlot is packed full of flavor
displaying aromas of dark cherry, as well as a hint
of lilac and sweet wood spice. Lively dark cherry melds
with jammy fruit, cassis and rich tannins, leading to
a lingering finish with a hint of toast.
