Tasting Notes

Plump ripe blueberries and plum with peaches and sweet figs. A wisp of tar and bacon fat, along with succulent juicy fruit, bathes every corner of the mouth. The incredible varietal character of this syrah is allowed to be expressed by aging in used French oak. A soft, round tannin structure completes this ambrosial wine.
