Tasting Notes

The 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon from the Walla Walla Valley
has a nose of chocolate and nutmeg finished off
with mild cedar spice. On the palate, juicy dried black cherry fades to plum and cassis, melded with coffee and dark chocolate. A very well balanced wine with well-integrated tannins.
