Tasting Notes

Out of the press with currant affairs.  You don't need to write this down because the nose is already scribed by pencil and currrant, that with time, develops into berries with coffee followed by chocolate.  The body of the article accentuates rhubarb, plum and cherry paralleled by fine tannins.  It's versatile profile pairs well with spaghetti to fillet mignon.  In closing, Betty and Bob, Pomatia is a step up in red wine without stepping in red ink.
