Tasting Notes
Little Jack Horner…ok, you know where this is going. PLUM, PLUM, PLUM and DARK PLUM at that. Jack’s thumb pinched stem, filled of plum is a gem; a touch of brown spice makes the nose want again.“WOW!” exclaims Jack, as he lays it back, “Wow, what a good wine have I. It’s soft as a flower, yet supple with power, just right for girls and guys.” And bad boy Jack is even sneaking in a little tobacco behind a layer of black current. Nursery rhymes these days, what a mouthful….pair with dark goose meat and cranberry sauce.
