Tasting Notes
The 2006 Cima is making a powerful statement. Developing nearly five years, protected by its chrysalis of 100% French oak, this now legendary REININGER wine has emerged waving thick, flowing locks, of sour cherry and dry fig with highlights of cedar and sweet pipe tobacco. A luxurious palate of cassis, dried cherry, mocha, cola nut and toffee embrace the senses with a prolonged firmness of purpose. You’re into leather? Cellar it a few years. This Cima will return to spank you.
