Tasting Notes
Aromas of pineapple, orange blossom, flowers and asian pear. Medium-full body with flavors of honey, pineapple, pear and granny smith apple. Pair with: green Thai curry, hard nutty cheeses like dry jack, coconut prawns or perhaps an Indian dish with a fruit based chutney.
