Tasting Notes

Cradled in barrel for four and a half years, our lofty 2008 Cima (Italian meaning summit or peak) has emerged with exotic aromatics of   Moroccan spice, Madagascar vanilla, pronounced black raspberry with a touch of cherry, leather and dust. Its soft, hand-brushed suede palate combines Louis XIV’s black raspberry Chambord, sour cherry, plum, blueberry, strawberry preserve, Macadamia nut, with a hint of vanilla and saffron.
