Tasting Notes
Wow, what a Franc with incredible fruit entwined with
wonderful earth tones. Cherry, fig and rhubarb explode
on the palate followed with finely integrated wood spices
including cedar and vanillin. This intriguing, complex
franc has much to explore. It waves goodbye with ripe
strawberry, caramel and toast.
